Principal's Message
It is an honor to join the Winslow Township High School community and serve as your new principal. From the moment I accepted this opportunity, I have looked forward to getting to know the staff, students, families, and community members who make Winslow Township School District such a special place. I am excited to begin this journey together!
For more than 24 years in education, including 15 years in school and district leadership, I have had the privilege of serving students from elementary through high school in a variety of roles. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to one guiding principle: every student deserves to be known, challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.
I look forward to partnering with our district leadership, building administrators, teachers, support staff, students, families, and community members to celebrate and showcase the many strengths that make Winslow Township High School such an exceptional place to learn, grow, and succeed.
During these first few months, one of my greatest priorities will be listening to and learning from our staff, students, families, and community so that, together, we can build on the strong foundation already in place.
At the same time, we will work together to identify opportunities for continued growth. By listening, learning, and collaborating, we will build upon our successes while strengthening student achievement, supporting exceptional teaching and learning, continuing to foster a positive school climate, and expanding meaningful opportunities for family engagement.
Every step we take will be guided by one simple question:
What is in the best interest of our students?
Strong schools are built on trust, meaningful relationships, open communication, and shared purpose. My leadership is grounded in listening first, valuing diverse perspectives, and making thoughtful, data-informed decisions that keep students at the center of every conversation.
One of my commitments to our school community is maintaining continuous, intentional, and transparent communication. One way I will do that is through my WTHS Weekly Newsletter, where we'll celebrate our students and staff, highlight the outstanding work taking place throughout our school, share important news, recognize achievements, and keep families informed about upcoming events and opportunities. Throughout the year, you can also expect timely communication regarding school initiatives, important updates, and ways to stay connected and involved.
The continued success of Winslow Township High School will be driven by the expertise, commitment, and dedication of our administrators, teachers, and staff, together with the voices, ideas, and partnerships of our students, families, alumni, and community members.
To our students: I want each of you to know that you matter, your voice matters, and I cannot wait to celebrate your successes throughout the year. You can expect to see me in our classrooms, hallways, athletic events, performances, and community activities because building relationships and celebrating the accomplishments of our students is one of the greatest joys of being a principal.
I invite you to join me in the continued upward movement of Winslow Township High School. Whether you are a staff member, student, parent, alumnus, or community member, your ideas, talents, and involvement matter. Together, we will honor our traditions, celebrate our successes, and create even greater opportunities for every Eagle.
