The students are finalist in the following categories;
Outstanding Sports Story: "Outside The Lines" documentary
Best Live Stream: "Winslow vs Millville Regional Final"
Best Commercial: "Where Legends Begin", Studio 106 Ad.
Winners are announced on May 6th! Also on May 6th Studio 106 is competing in the 6th Annual NFL Films High Student Film Festival. Select students had 3 weeks to produce a 5 to 7 minute documentary. They are competing against 5 other schools in the region and the winning school takes home a $7500 grand prize for their schools TV and Film Production program!
The documentary produced this year is entitled "Underdog". It highlights the journey of former Winslow Quarterback Jalen Parker. The film will premiere on the WTHS Studio 106 YouTube channel May 6th, 2026 at 6pm.
The production was Directed and Edited by 1st Filmmaker, senior Raphael "RJ" Rivera and the film crew consisted of the following students;

Last but not least, Studio 106 has 2 projects that have been entered into the Global Telly Awards! The projects are "Outside the Lines", the documentary about WTHS Girls Track program, and the "Winslow vs Millville Regional Final" Football Live stream. Both projects are competing in the Student Category. They will be competing against college and university students world wide!
We hope our students are able to bring home some of these prestigious awards!
