Dear Parents/Guardians and Students:

This letter is to inform you about the upcoming course selection process for the 2026–2027 school year. The 2026–2027 Program of Studies will be published on our school website under News and Announcements. We encourage students and families to review the course offerings in preparation for the course selection process. Students will be able to preselect their courses through the Genesis Parent Portal prior to meeting with their school counselor.

Included in this mailing are the following materials to assist you with course preselection:

·         WTHS Course Schedule Planner

If you do not currently have a Genesis Parent Portal account, please email Mrs. Tucker to request access to the platform.

Students will begin meeting individually with their school counselors between February 9^th and February 24^th during their scheduled English classes. A schedule listing the date and time for each class will be posted on the school website. During these meetings, students will finalize their course selections for the upcoming school year.
