Dear Parents/Guardians and Students:

This letter is to inform you about the upcoming course selection process. The 2024-2025 Program of Studies will be published on our school web page under News and Announcements. Please review course offerings in preparation for the next school year’s course selection process. Students will be able to preselect their courses through the Genesis Parent Portal platform prior to meeting with a counselor. Attached, you will find Genesis instructions, the course selection sheet, as well as the WTHS Course Schedule Planner to guide you through the course preselection process. If you do not have a Parent Portal account, please email Mrs. Tucker to request access to the platform:

 Students will begin meeting with their school counselor on February 12^th through March 1^st during their scheduled English classes. A schedule containing the time and date for each class will also be located on the school’s web page. Students will be scheduled individually to meet with their school counselor to finalize their courses for the upcoming school year.
